Lion Country Safari is home to over 900 animals in the
drive through preserve and in the Safari World exhibit
area. At the end of the tour, you can park and visit the
petting zoo, gift shop, cafeteria and walk-through an
animal sanctuary. There are lots of fun souvenirs for
the kids in the gift shop. Convertibles are not allowed
through the safari. Cars and minivans seating up to 8
people are available to rent at the front office.
Other
attractions include giraffe feeding, a ferris wheel, a
water fountain playground, a petting zoo, a merry go-round
and boat rides. You’ll experience bird, reptile,
alligator and squirrel monkey exhibits.
Lion Country Safari has a KOA Campground and overnight
accommodation for visitors. Where else can you camp, sleep
to the sounds of night time Africa and wake up to the
roar of the lions?

at Lion Country Safari Rd. in Loxahatchee, approx 20 miles
west of downtown West Palm Beach. Take Southern Blvd (State
